Device Hosting Terms
By hosting your devices on the OmniCompute platform, you agree to provide us with access to your computing hardware for the purpose of completing AI tasks. You retain ownership of your devices while they are connected to our network. We reserve the right to verify device compatibility and performance before granting access to the platform.
AI Task Assignment
OmniCompute will automatically assign AI tasks to your connected devices based on their computing capabilities, availability, and network performance. Task types may include:
- Machine learning model training and inference
- Data processing and analysis
- Distributed computing workloads
- Other AI-related computational tasks
Rewards and Payments
You will earn rewards based on the tasks completed by your devices, computing power contributed, and uptime. Rewards are calculated using our transparent algorithm and displayed in real-time on your dashboard. Payments will be processed according to the schedule outlined in your account settings, subject to minimum payout thresholds.
We reserve the right to adjust reward rates and payment terms with reasonable notice. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction.
Security and Data Protection
All tasks run in secure, isolated environments on your devices. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure sandboxing, and real-time monitoring to protect both your devices and the tasks being processed. We do not access or store your personal data beyond what is necessary for platform operation and reward calculation.
Device Availability and Uptime
While we encourage maximum device availability to optimize earnings, you may disconnect your devices at any time without penalty. However, consistent uptime may result in higher reward rates and priority task assignment. We are not responsible for device downtime due to factors outside our control.
Account Management
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and devices connected to our platform. Any activity conducted through your account will be considered your responsibility. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms of service or engage in fraudulent activity.
